Ive done a alot of reading and searching on the darkside..Its seems to pull the most knowledgable people out of the wood work to tell us how bad of an idea it is and why...I simply dont care to hear that BS but Im sure I will...

Im trying to find out if anyone has found or has mounted a 20inch CT on a kingpin and what will fit the 180/55/20 wheel in the rear..Ive never ran a CT on the rear but I am thinking about trying it..I can not seem to find the info Im looking for..
It doesnt matter why so dont ask Ive read plenty on other threads about the debating facts..

Thanks for the info ahead of time Gents.

Good luck finding an 18" CT to fit but a 16" can be found in many variations

By now you are probably wondering why I would waste your time saying this. The reason is an XC or Vision rear wheel will fit the KP and it's the correct size to find a good car tire to fit; 16"x 5.5". As it happens, I have a bare XC rim out in the garage right now, so I measured the inner wall to inner wall where the tire would touch and it's 5.5". I didn't want to give out bad info so I checked.

At some point in the not-so-distant-future I want to do exactly this and see how it works out on a KP. The worst thing that could happen is I'm out a hundred bucks or so but because I have a couple KP's and an XC; I can simply swap wheels to find out if if the XC wheel/tire will fit and I'm also curious to see if the KP wheel/tire will fit the XC. They should swap nicely since the tire's and wheels are the same size. Yep. You guessed. I just happen to have a set of KP wheels sitting out there too so I measured them as well. Don't I just suck to have both right now. Trust me. I did not intend this to happen this way and that story is best left untold right now. I'm keeping both sets right now though.

The only thing I can not confirm right now is hub width with certainty. I did take a measurement though and read 8" outer bearing to outer bearing on the KP wheel and 8.5" on the XC wheel so some shimming would be necessary if that is correct.

Anyway, from my measuring tape to your thread, you have your answer or at least part of it.
