I have a 2013 Victory Vegas with 5k miles and when I’m riding my speedometer shows a lot faster speed than what I’m actually going. Any ideals what is wrong?
MediaFire is a simple to use free service that lets you put all your photos, documents, music, and video in a single place so you can access them anywhere and share them everywhere.
Look at your speedo. On the left side, the KPH or MPH indicator should be lit in blue. If it’s reading in KPH, you can switch in using the trigger switch on the left grip. I don’t remember how, but the owners manual will tell you. At 50 mph, if you are reading KPH, it will be reading 80, so that’s an easy check. My bike is also a 2013 vegas 8 ball.
1. Turn the key to the OFF position.
2. Press and hold the mode button while turning the key to the ON position.
3. When the display flashes the distance setting, tap the mode button to advance to the desired setting.
4. Press and hold the mode button to save the setting and advance to the next display option.
5. Repeat the procedure to change remaining display settings.
