I own a 2003 victory touring cruiser. I recenly installed victory luggage rack for the back of the bike and it bolted up just fine. A few months ago, I purchased a set of fender bumper guards (the nice chrome tube type that follow the lines of the fender) The rear fender guard won't go on the bike because the luggage rack is using the same holes recommended to bolt on the fender guards! there is not enough room for both the luggage rack and the fender guard. HELP!!!! ????
