Brackets for bungie cords?

Hello Friends

I am hoping to occasionally hook up a bungie spider net over my rear seat on my Vegas 8ball (I had a rear seat/pegs installed) so I can carry a small bag or spare helmet, as needed. You never know when a pretty woman will crave a ride on my Vic.

My shop suggested some brackets to connect the net. Any suggestions? I have heard about "ghost brackets" and "easy brackets." I understand both are also used for saddlebags - which I hope to get at some point in the future.

Anyone have any experience with this or suggestions?
