Just rode back to Indiana from CO with a brake light stuck in the "on" more. Tried disconnecting the front switch thinking it was stuck but the brake light stays on . . .anyone had this issue?

Any luck yet? The same thing happened to my bike this past weekend. The brake light stays on. My problem started when the switched brake light wire and ground shorted out blowing the fuse. I found this, repaired it and replaced the fuse. Everything functions correctly except the brake light wire has continuous voltage on it without the brakes applied. I read somewhere it could have damaged my ECU. It seems it said the brake switch wires connect to the ECU and then it provides power to the light. HELP!!!
