I bought a Big slash pipe for my '09 kingpin, and I am wondering which card would be best suited for that pipe. I haven't decided on an intake yet, but I'm sure there isn't a whole lot of difference in the Vic stage 1, the S&S, and the K&N. The pipe from what I can see doesn't come with a card. So which one should I ask for ????

There is a difference in the stage 1, s&s, and k&n. More will chime in gut I would suggest a s&s since it comes with a map. Or you could go with lloydz torque tubes and a vfc. The latter will give more in the long run but costs more.

I see from your sig. that you are going to be getting a fuel controller. I would just leave on what you have now and wait to get the controller to tune everything in at once. Otherwise you are just tossing money away, especially if it costs 60 bucks or so per card, with no refund, find it runs like poop, so you buy a different one to find the same problem.
As well, there are a few people on here that have had big problems with the S&S card. You can save about a hundred bucks buying the Ness intake (it seems to be pretty close to the exact same thing) but no card.

I haven't seen an S&S intake with a card, yet. If you go to their site, their filter kit specifically says "does not include calibration card". Am I missing something ? Also, if I get the ECM re carded, I'd probably fore go the tuner, providing it ran fine.

Also, I can get a PC V on eBay fro eastern cycle, for the same price I can get a VFC III for from most websites. Which one is more difficult to install ? From what I can see, you need to remove the tank to do either one. I really don't want to do that.
