Hi all, thought I share a bit of info and hopefully some pics about my custom build here in England

over here Victorys are pretty rare in comparison to a lot of bikes

to me that seemed like a perfect choice of engine for a custom chop build

as far as Im aware it is currently the only vic 106 engined full custom chop here in the uk

I located an engine with ECU and throttle body, thats it, all I started with, over next few months I bought wheels and tyres etc, nearly all the parts that I bought have come from USA or Oz, not only better priced than UK, but immensely better customer service in general from custom shops etc

I will add to this thread as and when I work out how to host photos online and share them

300 rear tyre, 250 front, proper steamroller :) hahaha

if this isnt the sort of thing wanted on the forum then please just say :)

Do you plan to show your Victory?

#58 ·
I will ride to shows and bike nights etc.
But will also use it to ride to work or the shops.
Probably wont get mega miles on it this summer but 7 or 8k miles I guess.

Already got plans for what I'm doing to it at end of this summer lol

Pipes look good. That's gonna be loud.

@106chopUK where did you find the exhaust flange & neck are they also stainless same as the exhaust?

The mounting flanges were cut from 6mm stainless plate.

Had some scrap thickwall stainless tube from something.. parts bin

Turned it down to suit the head
Then step sleeve from 1.75" to 2"

It's all stainless.

Except the brass... haha

Waiting for some video of that running. :)

Cold start. Air temps 5 degrees c at moment.
Idling high but once warmed up and I managed to take up the road n back
Idle settled to 850/900 rpm.

I tried messing with lloydz vfc3 settings. The green setting from all I seen are 3.5.
Mine very rich on that.

+4 timing.

98 octane fuel.

Going to do more testing and try find a dyno

@106chopUK how did the painter get that motive inside the paint, is it a artist freehand?

Thanks everyone
It's pretty much finished.
Since about March when it first hit the road I've put 3000 miles on it.

The long inlet tract is working a treat.

I've messed with the fuelling and throttle body.

Into longer have the IAC on my bike. I balanced the throttle body and found it out a fair way.

Throttle body now works more like a carb. Throttle stop screw used to adjust idle.

1 less part to go wrong or play up lol

Looking for new clutch soon. Had a hint of slip at high revs.

But shes ridden 4 or 5 days a week either commuting to work or going shopping lol.

Roads were lovely and quiet during lockdown so I was out as much as possible.

Now its flipping wet and it's not so much fun to ride.

Get soaked but hey ho.

Be advertising her for sale later this year. Not fussed about selling. Plans are to cut up and possibly trike it. Or redo the frame. Swingarm and get 330 or if funds allow go 360 rear. Then the current 300 goes up front.
