So, l had a mouse chew though my air filter and built a nest on top of the throttle body. Didn't catch it until I tried starting it, sucked mouse nest through throttle body and into my cylinders. Any advice on how and where I go from here? TiA

Some may disagree, but if you have it far apart enough that you know that much, just clean as much of the garbage out of there as you can get to through the intake ports, any that got farther than that is most likely not hard enough to cause any real issue , in MY opinion. I am guessing a little grass, straw, mouse poops etc. Should blow out once you get it fired up. Or you can be worried and stressed and go ahead and tear it down to get the heads off to try and clean it all out. Pain in the a$$ for the risk, again, in MY opinion.

Shop Vac, maybe pull plugs and a piece of fuel line taped up to the hose after you clear it from throttle body side. Once you do that, leave plugs out and roll it over.

I'd shop vac what you can get to and not worry about it.

That's what I would do.
