Guess time changes things sometimes. Personally I rode the Indian Scout when they first came out. No it did not do much for me. But I got to admit that new Indian Scout "Bobber" has got my attention. Yes I would like to ride one again. Who knows maybe it runs better now. It does look cool, through my eyes. I like the gray color. Now if the engine runs good and it handle good, cool. I know I would buy longer shocks for the rear to raise it back up, so maybe it could go around a corner at a descent speed. I drug my XR through a left hander today, do not like that. But if I get into the position to buy new/newused-again I think I still am going to test ride a Triumph Thuxton and maybe the Indian Scout "Bobber". Then again I think how Polaris likes to piss people off, so time will tell. Personally I am leery of a purchase again from Polaris, so hopefully they keep their act together. I thought I had read how the Octain power delivery was different than the Scout. I was hoping to get to ride an Octain, but noooooo they pulled the plug. So time will tell. Seen a 2 into 1 exhaust some company is making for the Scout, looks good on there. Also heard a sound clip of one with a 2 into 1 exhaust, it did sound good. Time changes things and yes it can heal some wounds, maybe.
