Went to fire up the bike to go to work. I have the Digital Guard Dawg installed so I just flip the Run-Stop switch to Run, and ignition energizes, but no headlight. I heard the ignitor but no light. Turned off and on again, weird flickering on/off etc without me doing anything. It's a new battery that I installed about a month ago. My accessories work without issue so I don't think it's a battery connection issue.

I think the problem is with the DGD. I'm going to take it out of the equation and go back to the key and see if it helps...

Turned off and on again
Well, you already used my usual tech support question that I ask everyone who ever has a problem with anything :grin

But on the real I think you are on the right track with removing anything that has been added which could be a possibility.
I am following because now I am curious. LOL

I did a bunch of electrical work on it the other day; I wired in a new stereo and a controller that allows me to use the factory controls with the aftermarket radio. But, like I said, the accessories work fine. Something is up with the ignition trigger, so I'll start there.

Well the DGD is pretty new to me and I'm running a used one so I'll be watching this to see if that the issue.

Not to derail too much but did you get pics of your new stereo setup? I'm curious how that looks.

I really hope it isn't the DGD and an easy fix for you. Now you got me thinking I might throw my key ignition it saddlebag for my upcoming long distance trip. Haha.

I’ve had the Scorpio/Victory keyless ignition for a few years now with zero issues. Though my oem ignition switch has been wrapped in a small towel in my saddlebag ever since.

I'm hoping it's just a loose/dirty connection...

Do any of the items you recently wired in draw power all the time? (On purpose or accidentally)

Check the battery voltage to see if it's still topped up.

Disconnect everything you've added, put a charger on the battery, give it another try.

So, I took the fairing off and of course the bike had no problems arming/firing up. :crzy:
So, just to play it safe, I removed the Digital Guard Dawg (glad they made it plug-and-play!) and I am back to using my key. We'll see what happens...

So the DGD the problem? :(

Stereo looks interesting. I have my display and both switches occupied.

I'm not sure. But, DON'T go by me. If you know me at all, I play with EVERYTHING. I have more wires bundled up, moved, cut, spliced, etc. I tinker with everything. I just replaced a pump on my air compressor today also. The problem could very well have been something I did; I did notice a loose headlight wire and the HID ignition could have been messing with the DGD.

Like I said, I had problems with it a couple nights ago. This morning was fine. I took it out anyway. If it happens again, I know it wasn't the DGD lol

If I'm not to late call DGD and ask how to troubleshoot it

You're not too late :)
I don't think it's a problem with the unit itself, I think I had a faulty wire somewhere. Maybe I'll re-install it at some point.
