Do you use loctite on the bolts. My thoughts are, not to use it up at the cylinder studs, but yes everywhere else I put in Thunder Monster baffles. Should I loctite those bolts too? Possibly anti-seize at the cylinder studs?

yes anti seize the studs up on the heads
As for the rest don't bother with the lock tight cause it will burn off.
If you get the bolts tight you should be good. I don't know your exhaust but if its headers with slip on muffler some times you half to take a hack saw and put extra cuts in the end of the muffler that slides onto the header. Reason is the clamp might not pinch the muffler enough to hold it. If it slides on real easy do the extra cuts. If its real tight spray the header with some wd40 or what ever you have, it will help the muffler slide on and it doesn't harm anything.
