I have noticed I get a fluid on the right lower fairing (above my right toe). The brake reservoir cap is securely fastened, the forks do not appear to be leaking, the right hand controls are dry, yet after each ride, I have what looks like a very light oil on the lower fairing.

any ideas where this might be coming from?

Maybe you have a rocker box leak. Take flash light and look close even check out in between the fins

Fluid Leak

Hi VisionJohnny,

thanks for your help here and elsewhere too. I found I had some build up around the front cylinder exhaust connection. using a green degreaser, I cleaned it all off and rinsed it well.

I rode it for 50 miles and nothing has reappeared. the gunk was left over from the brake reservoir cap being a bit loose from the dealer.

I believe the issue has been resolved and I'm looking forward to many more miles of trouble free riding.

thanks again:)
