Any swap out their hard lowers for the forged chrome bars. I'm thinking of doing this with my 12 XCT. Thanks

Are you doing this for the looks? I think the forged bars do look better however, you're losing the fairing wings and lower fairings so you're giving up storage and wind management. Just something to think about.

I guess I did. I bought the Victory lowers, tube crash bar, and fairing winglets and liked them but then bought the JTD lowers that fit the stock forged crash bars and even without the fairing winglets; I got better results than with the Victory set up.

I like the forged crash bars better because they have the look I like and they work better in an actual crash. The tube bars can fold over on you and possibly trap a leg/foot under the bike.

JMHO, YMMV, FWIW...

the forged bars saved me from more serious injury in my crash last July. Main reason I went with the XC that was equipped with them as opposed to the tubular ones.
