Haven't been able to find the info nor the deflectors which I removed because the were vibrating and buzzing at highway speed. Lots of others have the deflectors so hopefully someone passes on a source.

I have the fork mounted deflectors I believe from Cobra (It's been a long time!). They measure about 10 inches in length from the lowest to the highest point and about 6 inches at the widest. They've been on the bike for many years. No rattling, no vibrations, no noises

Those are Memphis Shades lowers. I bought the mounts and mades my own lexan deflectors. The plastic deflectors are $25 and the mounts are $57 from RevZilla.
Just make sure you measure your fork tube diameter to order the correct mount size. They work great.
