Hey Rainman. Wish I was posting that I knew where we could find one, as I am also looking for one as well. I've been thinking about taking my gloves to my local CG and see if they have have something that will work.

My searches never come up with anything specific to Victory, so I am wondering if something like a Gerbing controller will work, as those always come up in my searches.

I'll let you know what I find out. Best of luck in your search.

Do you already have a wiring harness from the battery installed for a heat controller??

If not, here's how I did mine.
I have a pair of Warm and Safe heated gloves and a heated jacket liner. The heated gloves plug into the sleeves of the heated jacket liner and the heated jacket liner plugs into a Warm & Safe Single Portable Heat-Troller. I also use a Warm & Safe Single Portable Heat-troller Pouch that I clip onto either my tank bag, or the pouch of my Hopnel tank bib, as it's easy to see and use.

As you know, there isn't a lot of room to run extra wiring from the battery compartment up under the tank to make the connection between the heat controller wiring harness and the actual heat controller.
i also wanted a connector for my battery tender. So .... how to minimize the amount of wiring coming from the battery compartment??
Here's what I did. I used the wiring harness for the battery tender, which has a SAE connector that you plug the Battery Tender into.
Because of the battery location on our Vic's you need a long Battery Harness to run up to your heated gear/heat controller. I ordered the 5ft Warm & Safe Battery Harness For Victory Motorcycle
I went on ebay and ordered a Battery Tender SAE DC Power Automotive DIY Connector Cable 2x0.75mm and a SAE Waterproof Cover Cap for SAE Power Solar Automotive Connector Black

I then soldered the Batter Tender SAE connector (after I installed the cap) to the 5' long W&S Battery Harness for Victory motorcycles and ran it up under the tank.
That way, when the heat controller is not needed, I tuck the Co-Ax end into the void behind the gas tank and cap the other end off with the cap, so I can use the SAE batter Tender connector for the battery tender. When I need to use the heated gear, I plug the soldered end of the heated gear harness into the Battery tender harness in the little compartment ahead of the engine and bring the Co-Ax end out of the void and out under the front of the seat.
