Hi, I am new to this forum. I am not a Victory Owner, I am a Harley owner. I am not here to be converted or speak out against Victory motorcycles or try to convert people to becoming Harley owners. The reason I am here is because the New Brunswick, Canada motorcycle community needs your help. Please read the following:

Hello Everyone, I am here to ask for your help. We need names on a petition to shut down a proposed by-law in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada that will essentially ban motorcycles from their city. The decibel level they are proposing is 92dB. They claim that motorcycles with stock pipes will pass the test. But, there have been clinics held where the police have been performing pretests on all makes and models of motorcycles, both custom and stock. Even bikes with stock pipes have been failing. This by-law will be in violation of the Provincial Motor Vehicle Act 113 as well as various sections of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

There have been two readings before council so far. The next reading is on June 10th. If we can show them that we are really serious about the potential impact for loss of tourism dollars from the biker community, we may just sway the vote in our favor.

The City Council in the City of Fredericton need to know we mean business. If you've ever thought of coming to New Brunswick on your motorcycle for a vacation, and even if you haven't, please sign this petition and help out your brothers and sisters of the biking community. We would really appreciate it. The link for the petition is below.

Well Dave your link is down. Best fix that.
Not so much the bikes. We tend to stick to the coast in summer.
But come winter the ride across on snow machines from Millinocket is awesome. Pity town councils don't have sense to leave the money be.
Good luck to you.
