I just got these numbers from Lloydz this afternoon. It turned out more than expected and this is with the Stage 1 Slip-Ons. The red is what I had and the blue is what I have now. Hoping to actually get the bike this weekend but it isn't confirmed yet. Maybe Sunday.

Wow!! The numbers are great. The curve is good. Now, the real deal is when you ride it. Gonna be so much more than numbers can show!! Tough on the wait. I'ld be pacing!! Good luck-nice build.

Well, it was a 92 ci with a stage 1 kit on it. It has changed a bit now. Lloyd did all of the work and what it has is a big bore kit and a stroker kit which takes it to 114 ci. He installed .495 cams (I believe), a PCIII fuel controller, torque tubes, and a variable clutch to hold the torque. I also gave him an overdrive pulley to install when he put it back together. He also changed the rev limits to 6400 rpm. I talked with him a few weeks ago about a Thor 2:1 exhaust but he talked me out of it. With the power increase that's already there, he said adding the Thor exhaust wouldn't even be noticeable to me and for what I will use the bike for, he is right. I will have to take my time getting used to the bike again. I don't want it to run out from under me.:) I have more torque now at just over 2000 rpm than I ever had before. Lloyd also said it sounds pretty good as well. I am meeting his driver tomorrow to take delivery and I am pretty excited.

Ummm... the scale the dyno graph only goes out to 5900 rpm and your curves hit a wall at 5400 rpm...

With .495s and the slip-on exhaust, the rev limit increase isn't going to do anything for you. HP and Torque will be falling off by 5600 rpm anyway. I remember getting the limit increased only to get my best drag strip times by shifting at 5600 rpm (stock rev limit was 5800).

Right now, you are making numbers that some 131" Harley motors struggle for. What you will notice at that power level is the chassis and brakes suddenly seem less competent... and you will need to keep your mental focus sharp. Be damned sure your mind stays WAY ahead of your ass... because the bike will devour distances very quickly. You're making 49 horses/46 ft-lbs more than before... words cannot describe how different things will be now.

Congratulations and best of luck.

Thanks everyone for the comments! I'm waiting for the bike to show up as I write this.

HC,
I have read hundreds of your posts and I have always genuinely appreciated your knowledge & insights. Thanks for the advice in this one as well. I will do my best to take it to heart. You don't know it but some of this engine build is your fault ;). You gave me way too many ideas. After I read your post about the new Thor 2-1 you installed I called Lloyd and asked him about putting one on my bike. He asked why I wanted to do it. I told him that this guy named half_crazy talked about great it was and had peaked my interest. He started laughing and said "That's Larry!". Anyway, he told me to save my money if I was doing it for power because it was already stupid powerful. My bike doesn't quite have your numbers but I bet I could take you in a foot race. :ltr:

You're welcome... but now I feel responsible for the dent in your bank account. :D

I am having the bike tuned for the new pipe at the end of April, so we'll see... but you have bigger valves in your heads than the later motors and that helps. I imagine you can outrun me on foot since I only have one leg...

Your bike is super strong down low and through the middle, and when you pull that throttle open it's gonna be quite an experience. There is a world of difference between 80-some horses and 130-some horses. Seriously, keep your wits about you because it will take you in way over your head before you realize it... these things are deceiving. It's rather eye-opening the first time you see the speedo needle whip right past 120 like it used to whip past 90.

I believe Lloyd got that expression from Joe, who always says "This thing is STUPID fast"... and stupid is a good word to use because nobody really needs a 133 HP daily driver.... but it sure is fun.

It was dark when I got home so I couldn't do too much but I did have to take a little ride. Your analogy above is right-on. That it exactly what it feels like...that the road is being devoured by the bike. I never got into it very deep but it was enough to tell that it is something special for sure.

That's the joy of it. You don't have to get into the throttle much to move the bike around with authority. Put a passenger on it... the bike doesn't even notice. Steep uphill... doesn't notice that either. Downshift? What for?

Oh... and if you open the throttle at 2000 rpm in 1st gear, the result is this:

Welcome to torque world...

you may have to change your bikes name to:
"04 purple thunder & lightning kingpin",
and invest in a set of wheelie bars!:rolleyes:thumb up
