Here is short install I did today on my 2011 Jackpot. I am putting LEDs on the front and rear, so I needed this LR-10 load equalizer from MBW. I installed the unit as MBW suggested, at the flasher unit. Remove the seat and it is located on the right side frame - inside. It is held on with a plastic push in fastener to the frame. I did NOT use the MBW wire taps, I soldered mine in place and used some black loom to dress up the wires. I checked continuity on the three wires needed, the Black, blue/red and Blue to make sure I had it right. I secured it to the frame rail as suggested and wire loomed the loose wires. Looks - thumb up

Not picking on you.
I always try to cut wires at staggered lengths so if there is a bear spot there will be nothing to short out.
I use shrink tubing that you can get in different sizes to cover soldered wires. In some cases I will put some dielectric grease on the solder area before shrinking the shrink tubing that will prevent corrosion.

I can assure you that all those wires are well taped and insulated. Better than stock.
