I am finally installing my PCV first the ground wire is to short to reach any thing that looks like a good ground. The other I used Velcro to mount it as shown. It will not clear the side cover the top two will pop in but the bottom of the side cover will to even come close. What's up? Our they mounting under the seat or what?

Yes there is and most end before they mount the PCV to the bike and sense Auto tune came out almost all cover that instead of the PCV. I did get it mount had to remove it and move it down as far as it would go, then side cover would work. As for the ground wire you would think that sense they say it's for a Victory they would put in a longer ground wire. I spliced in about five inches of wire to make it long enough to reach the ground screw on end of tank. There was a small bolt near to the PCV but it held on a plastic bracket so did not think that would make a good ground. The bike fired right up and sounds good so now to go change and take it for a test ride. I will put the D&D's on next and program the PCV for them.

More than one person has reported problems when using that ground bolt on the tank for their PCV. Strange, confusing, hard to diagnose type problems. Just doesn't seem to provide for a quality ground connection. The correct grounding location to use is on the back side of the transmission case, right where the cable stop for the shifter cable is mounted. Shouldn't have to extend the wire. Figure "M" in the install instructions is a picture of the right spot. Oh, and Figure "B" shows you where to Velcro the PCV to the bike. Enough room for the Auto Tune right there next to it should you decide to add that down the road. Did you look at the instructions before attempting your install?

I grounded mine to the ground screw behind the wiring harness, right in front of the computer. I also got all mine under the cover without any problems. I used lots of zip ties, lots.

It's on the bike and working had to move it two times before the side cover would fit. There is a plastic bar sticking out under the computer that has nothing hooked to it. I set it on that with the Velcro holding it on as showen. The bike runs much better with it than with out it. I was putting it were they showed but it has to be down low on the side of the computer anyway I think that's what in the plastic case. Everything worked as described until I tried to hook up the ground wire and the side cover. It was hot and humid so no fun working out there. Fan only helped a little. When I finished I went in to change and go for test ride came out and it had cooled off but it was now raining so had to wait two hours before I could go for test ride. Rode by Victory dealer they were having Kaw. day had there truck there and free pizza so I stopped in called my brother he got on his wing came out for pizza I know that food would get him out of the house. :ltr:

Does the auto tune for PCV use the stock O2 sensor ports?
The AutoTune comes with it's own "wide-band" O2's and for the Cross and Vision bikes, you simply unplug the "narrow-band" OEM ones and put in the next ones that come with the auto tune.
