I recently purchased a new Victory Cross Country Tour and rode 1,000 miles last weekend on it. Within 500 miles, my cruise control stopped working as well as the radio. The radio display is also full of water. Are these bikes not designed to be ridden in rain?

Did you get caught in the rain or did you go to the coin wash and pressure wash the bike.
Go to dealer long as its a new bike.
Pressure washing is a no no

I had the volume control die in the rain. Dealer replaced with control from their demo. Being over two hours from the dealer I appreciated the great service. Cruise died in the same rain. Dried out and hasn't failed since. All part of the Newfoundland experience!

Welcome! The XC is a little water sensitive. I wash with a hose and if I ride shortly after get the hazards flashing when I pull the clutch. If you have the iPod attachment blow it out after a wash if you disconnect when you remove the bags. Cheers
