Bought a small Weber grill because I really don't need the big one anymore and this is perfect for just two people.

Whenever I get a new grill the first order of business is to burn it in, season it if you like to get any oils out.

Yea that should just about do it.

Dump the gristle laden Johnsonville and try some Bob Evans brats.
I refuse to buy Johnsonville after eating the Bob Evans, there is no comparison.

Congrats on the new grill. But you lose internet points for going gas.

I've been meaning to get a grill again lately. Grilling is the only type of cooking that I actually enjoy. The rest I would much rather leave to my better half.

In the snow belt areas the gas grills are much more sensible.
