Morning!

I was hoping some of you who have taken your bikes to the track to list your times 1/8 Mile and 1/4 Mile times.

Please list your mods and make/model/year bike when the time was posted. If you can remember, I would love to know what RPM you launched at and if you did a burnout or not.

I have zero experience at the track but want to know approximately the range of time my bike might post in the 1/8 or 1/4 assuming an average rider of average weight doing average 60 foot launch kind of scenario! I know... so many variables. Sorry!

For example if someone with the same or similar mods as me posts a 11.5 second 1/4 mile run and is a "skilled/experienced" track rider, I probably would assume my time might be 12.5 seconds kind of thing.

I have a 13 Hammer with 300mm Wheel on it.

PCV,
O2 ports plugged,
2 in to 2 Exhaust,
TT Intake,
Lloydz Cams,
ATS Timing Wheel at +4.
Dyno'd by Lloyd at Lloydz Customs. My dybo sheet says 115HP and 120 TQ.
I am 6'3" and weigh 190 lbs on a good day ahah.

Thanks all!

Looks like you have a strong bike by your sig. If you can nail the launch you should be doing really well. I don't personally have experience with vic bikes on the track but I used to race cars and two bikes (r6 and r1). I will tell you if you are an experienced rider the launch is your biggest challenge.

Half Crazy I have a question? I believe my old Highball did about 215kmh 133mph... PCV, Bassani exhaust, S&S... A buddy was beside me in his srt8 challenger and claims that how fast we where going. I weigh 175lbs. Is he out too lunch? We where on a flat road no wind to speak of. A guy on here says I am full of ****.

Gabe and Rylans bikes are highly modified. Why more then cans. 133 mph is not possible with out sending ECU to Loyds to eliminate the speed limiter.

Travis, I never said you're full of **** nor disparaged you personally in any way.

I said your Highball will not go 135MPH.

You sold it, we'll never know. No biggie........

Motorcycle USA did a shootout in 2011. Stock 2011 Hammer does 13.62 in 1/4.

Cycleworld did a stock 2013 Jackpot in 12.43 on the 1/4.

Such a spread between the two stock bikes. Is the Jackpot really that much faster?

I was told my stage 1 KP couldn't do 115 by one or two on this forum. I took it to the interstate the next day and nailed 115...

There are some folks who think you have to put hundreds of $ into parts to get into the triple digits, not true. There are some who think that nobody's bike can go as fast as theirs so they'll knock yours down a peg or two ;)

What is possible then with speed limiter? I know speedo was buried at the 200km mark.
I really don't know for sure. I've only got to 115 on the KP and just a hair past 115 on the CCT...not sure how much more she had in her. I hear the speed limiter is 120-125.

I got 12.753 on my stock highball. As far as I know, that's still the quickest recoded time for the highball. Phone won't let me post YouTube link... Grrr...

This was when the bike made ~122 HP. Kingpin is a little heavier than a Hammer and I weigh 225.

Over 130 HP now, drag calculator says 11.40.
http://www.race-cars.net/calculators/et_calculator.html

Scroll down to the ET calculator, put in the total weight (bike, rider, and gear) and the horsepower then hit 'calculate'. Fairly accurate.

Right Lane....
Assuming a ready to ride weight of 700lbs and me fully geared up at 200lbs and a 115HP most 1/4 mile calculators saying 11.48 to 11.60 seconds ahaha. Doubt I could ever get near that.

I hope my hammer would run better than a mid 13. My 00 camaro runs a 12.90 with just a lid, long tubes/exhaust and drag radials.
