Anyone here running the Lloyd's torque tubes? What do you think about them? Worth the money? Let me know what you think.

I think they're too much $$$$$. I went with the S&S set up. Just my 2 cents.

Just installed them along with the VFC Gen III on my 06' Hammer. I'm getting the bike dyno tuned at Surdyke thursday the 21st. So far with having Lloyd just pre-setting it, I can tell a huge difference, way more low end torque thru the mid range and then some. So yes, I personally recommend them. A tad pricey? yes, but it all comes down to personal preference (and looks) as well as performance. I also got the billet end caps.

I'll post the results when I get back from Missouri. :D

Pricey, but then again what isn't when you start adding on to your ride...I am going to put them on my Vegas come spring (riding is about done here getting too damn cold and snowy) along with a pair of Bassani 2 into 1 short pipes and a VFC controller....Will let everyone now what I think (Don't I always...LOL)

$65.00 if you just want it "dialed-in" by hand/riding, $195.00 for the dyno tuning which I want so it will be at its peak performance throughout the rpm's curve.

BTW - I first asked KevinX about this particular shop and he highly recommended it so I called and talked to Jeremy there about the whole thing. Thanx Kev!!! thumb up

I have them and like them. They are pricey but did give me more torque. I have 90 hp and 105 ft lbs of torque with a Power Commander and the factory swept pipes. I had mine dyno tuned. Personally if I had the 08 and was spending the $$$ on torque tubes I would buy the Power Commander 5 AND the Auto Tune. The auto tune lists for $250 and that is almost what you would spend on a dyno tune. It would be better than a dyno tune and any changes you make it will automatically adjust for. DO YOUR SELF A HUGE FAVOR AND GO THIS ROUTE, just my 2 cents.
