Does anyone have experience with this system? Rylan of the Vic Shop recommended it to me last fall when I was getting the Lloydz top air filter installed and getting a tune using a new PCV. The Lloydz site says it will give you nice torque numbers but he does a CYA and says it will do that in combination with other things. I am interested in knowing how this device stands up on its own. Many of us can relate how a timing wheel , as the only mod, affects performance. Being a Vision only performance part I suspect there is not much experience out there but now I am trying to decide whether to drop about $400 to get this part and a tune to go with it. I am still running stock exhaust and stock cams so the combination stuff on Lloydz site really does not apply to me.
Any help out there?

Really what your saying is you want to go back to Rylan. Before you know it you'll be doing cams. Having power is addictive drug for sure.
Good Luck

I really wish it was that simple VJ. I am very interested in getting the bike to run more efficiently at lower engine speeds. I never feel the power I have now except on freeway on ramps so more would not mean much when I am out riding.

The intake works. Rylan has dyno sheets from my Vision before and after the adjustable intake. Big difference in low end torque. Now that I have the 116 he changed the insert to bigger ones. I think there is 3 different sizes. One for no cams, 1 for cams and 1 for big bore with cams.

I have a timing wheel, the intake, both top and front filters, PCV and a tune. My take is the PCV and tune were crucial and the intake has really brought up the low end. As for your stock exhaust, Lloyd said they were decent pipes especially if you wanted more torque. He said the Venturi effect of the intake was worth it and I have no regrets. May go back for cams but glad I did the intake. thumb up

simple fuel controller

on my 13 hammer i did intake, exhaust, timing wheel @ +6 with premium 93 oct fuel + a dobeck AFR+ aka LLoydz AFR Gen IV. the VFC III would prolly serve you as well. i enjoy the added go on the low end but would never open up a perfectly assembled engine, the Ham has more balls than I already. some go for the gusto, if thats your thing + you got the $$$$ go to it. its just not necessary for most riders, your bike your choice!!!
