I am a member of Warriors Watch, Patriot Guard, and now a prospect with a local law enforcement M/C. That being said, I'm already at 6,000 miles on my 2012 and anticipating on almost tripling that by year's end.

As I said in a prior post, I am looking for good highway bars. In addition to that, I am looking for a windshield (easily removed), speakers that can be mounted to the highway bar, a good plug kit for tires, quality rain gear, and anything else that you long-haulers might feel I need.

So far, I have purchased a RAM mount for my phone, a charging system for it, Mustang seating, and things listed in my sig.

The IBA tech house may be a good place for you to do some light reading if your putting that many miles on. Here is the link building an over the road tool kit. Of course it has alot more than mine but it's a work in progress.

Heres the archive. May help you plan and be better prepared.

Several riders in our group have purchased this BILT cooling vest and like it. Read the reviews and make your call. I use a mesh jacket and keep it wet at fuel stops.

Hope this helps you... Stay safe and enjoy the rode!
