I'm looking for a welder in CT who would weld my XCT mufflers for me. I cut them and slid out the tubes, and I need them welded back up. I want to see what they sound like WITHOUT the glasspacks in them, but with the original, uncut outlet pipe.

Anyone able to weld these for me?

Tim's portable welding in Wallingford

Tim Grime - 203 294-1275. I also have his cell but don't want to publicly post it so if you can't get through on the business line shoot me a PM.

I used him years ago to weld spool tabs on my CBR swingarm and again just a couple weeks ago to patch up the exhaust on my girl's pitbike (was cracked almost completely around near the header flange)

For stuff like this usually it's a drop off and wait a week or two kind of deal with him but he's easy to get in touch with, does really good work, and is cheap for this stuff. If you're in a hurry he can sometimes accommodate you but I'm sure the cost would go up.
