I purchased an '01 V92C one month ago with 10,000 miles on it. Price was $3900 out the door.
I've put 2,000 miles on it so far with a combination of highway and city riding.
In my opinion it handles very well at low speeds, is comfortable on the highway, and has decent acceleration.
I average about 36mpg's, and I'm sure I could get much more if I had a little more control of my right wrist, and kept the highway speeds down a little.
I do have one issue with the Low Fuel light coming on randomly, and usually just reset my trip odometer, and refuel around 120 or so miles.
One issue I've heard about was a weak gear in the transmission, that can cause transmission failure. There is a recall on this, and when I asked my dealer about it, he pulled up my vin# and showed me it was taken care of on my bike.
You can see the recalls here; http://www.faqs.org/car/victory-v92c-2001/

All in all, I couldn't be happier with it thumb up
