Has anyone put on a different sprocket(s) to lower the RPMs on the 92SC? When I am on the highway at 70, RPMs seem to be a little high for my liking.

That is what mine is. When my bike is at 3k, it has a much more noticeable vibration then say 2.5k.

Two things too many riders do; over use of the rear brake and lug the engine. When under way, revs should be no less than 2500. Our bikes underwent very extensive development and testing until they got it right. Changing sprockets to lower revs will work the engine harder and more than likely lower fuel mileage. Re vibration; Hey, its a big V-twin! If you want smooth, trade your Vic for a multi cylinder, preferably a six cylinder Goldwing. Rev are your friend, especially when working the twisties.

That new KP I test-rode last weekend was extremely smooth in all gears and up to 60 mph. If the older TC engine is anything like that, I'd be a happy camper.
