Am restoring an '05 Kingpin that had been left outside for a long time. I need to repaint the gas tank filler cap. I believe this is the same silver used on all victory's on parts like the passenger foot peg hangers. It seems there may be an easy source for a matching paint. Has anyone here found a good match in a rattle can? I appreciate any help!

So its not painted?

Its not painted? Thats great! OK so I'm thinking its polished aluminum with a clear coat over it. And its the clear coat thats peeling off.

Cool, much easier to fix. I will polish it and then when I do the repaint shoot it with the same 2-stage clear epoxy I'll use on the tank. thumb up
