Need Ideas on how to mount front turn signals

Hey Guys,

I've got some small silver bullets for the front and back of my jackpot.

I got some P-clamps to mount them to the forks, but I bought the wrong size and they don't come any larger. For some reason, I measured my upper tubes and got 1-5/8". When I got the clamps and realized they didn't fit, I measure again.... 1-3/4" dia. Damn!

Any ideas on how to mount silver bullets on the front of the jackpot? I want to put them as close as possible to the front head light. I'm open to any suggestions.

Kewlmetal has your solution. These mount to the headlight adjuster.

Be sure to let them know that I sent you!

Your other option is to mount them directly to the headlight bucket.

Exactly what I was looking for, but after seeing the picture, I'm not sure I want them THAT close! LOL

I think I want to keep them to the outside of the fork tubes, but as compact as possible.

I've got a strip of 1/16 thick aluminum that I made some small right angle brackets to fit in the top screw of the bottom triple tree. It's about the closest I can get to chrome and still be able to bend it to what I want. I'm going to try that, and if it doesn't work.. I'll get the kewmetal ones I think.

LOL, no you understood right... I just got a change of heart as to where I wan them now. ;-)

I polished the aluminum brackets I made last night, and they actually look good. I might by a jewelers wheel and try polishing them again. I just hope they don't shake because 1/16 is pretty thin material.
yes please post pic when finished, i havnt done anything to my front yet, done rear only.
