silly question, but have you checked that the turn signal side that isn't working is wired correctly? if memory serves, there were some bikes that had the polarity for one of the turn signals reversed from what was in the manual. you prolly could find more info about it by searching the forum, but i do remember there were some posts about turn signal wires not being correct in the past. if you have a meter, it might not be a bad idea to stick it on the wires and make sure you have power. also, i don't know if the gunner came with LED turn signals, but you might need a load resistor to eliminate hyperflash....
this is just my $0.02 and not worth much, but after watching their video (kinda useless) on amazon and some of the customer videos, those led turn signals in the headlight are gonna be tough to see..... maybe at night it will be more visible but looking at some of the day time shots, i dunno... think you might be opening yourself up to one of those "i didn't see him" kind of excuses...
