for one you don't have to have the Harley radio on to get weather warnings it just automatically comes on. You can see the screen on on the Harley not like a lame phone

Cool... Not very good looking though. I would never own an ***** with out fixing that hideous front fender and the fairing. Dirty bird makes a custom piece that gets rid of the driving lights and the flat faced bitch look.

guess ol' VJ takes his weather warnings seriously. Course, i can usually get a good idea of the weather by looking at the sky, instead of at a lame LCD display in a lame Harley. Probably well before the one that chirps in my earbuds from my phone, which almost definitely possesses superior tech to the harley.

that's a pretty low bar though.

truth is, it is a gimmick, made to sell motorcycles to people who have to have tech in their face all the time. I'd rather experience a motorcycle ride myself. my concession is our Sena kits so Lacy and i can chat about the scenery or next stop or the dbag tailgaiting us.

I'm not even terribly fond of the display in our car. serves little purpose other than lighting up the cabin.

That's why we are doing all to preserve our Chrysler 300C. We do not want one of those damn distractions in the middle of the dash. Without looking, I can reach for a radio or HVAC know and turn it. That screen requires me to take my eyes off the road for 4 or 4 operations to do one thing. Who ever thought that screen was a safe thing to place in a car, or worse, on a bike?
