New member here. Recently picked up a 2013 Victory Cross Country, after riding a Honda Fury for a bit. Started doing more long distance riding and then Honda Fury wasn't gonna cut it so I picked up a bagger.

Started riding back in 2010, mostly metric cruisers and sport bikes, then briefly had a Harley Nightster 1200, which was a total pile of hot garbage.

Initially wanted a 10 year old or newer Harley/Indian bagger but were out of my price range to pay cash so decided a Victory fit the bill quite nicely.

Pretty happy with the Cross Country I picked up. 20K miles and pretty much stock. Don’t plan on any major mods right now, just gonna get to know the bike and take some over night trips with a local riding group in DFW. Planning to sell the Honda Fury at some point, as I don't see myself riding it much now that I have a much more comfortable motorcycle to ride.

A little about me: originally from Kansas. Moved to Dallas, TX about 10 years ago for work. I’m a regional controller for a waste transportation company. Single, no kids.

Welcome! That green with flames is one of my favorite paint jobs that Polaris ever offered.

You and your bike could be neon yellow with flashing lights all over the place and the cages still won't see you.
