Hello,

New forum member here checking in. I own a Judge and Highball (leased to my friend) since August of last year. She's still stock, and still has the warning labels ;)

The Judge is my first bike, go big or go home :) It's been less then a year and I've already put 5k on the bike, despite an Alberta winters best effort.

Hoping to learn a lot about modding my exhaust myself. The RPW DEAL is looking like a sweet option, or the Hacker Jokers.

I'm mechanically inclined, so it shouldn't be too hard to learn :)

What a combo! You have one for riding solo and one to pick up chicks on. I'm jealous.

Good luck on the mods. I'm interested in which exhaust you go with.

Welcome aboard. Might I suggest you remove those stickers ASAP because over time, they become more difficult to unstick. Warm them with a hair dryer and they come off pretty easy. Some on this forum waited too long and the paint under the stickers is different than the rest of the bike.

Thanks for the welcome all :)

Thanks for the heads up! My bike doesn't spend its days and nights outside in the weather, so there shouldn't be too much of a change. I'll get on that today though, gotta spend a rainy day doing something!

I want to go crazy on this bike, there's so many good ideas floating in my head. I was looking into getting the following mods partway through the summer when finances permit:

Existing mods:

None :) well, I do have an Easy Clutch Pull Lever. Makes those downtown commutes in stop and go traffic realllly nice. Best first mod ever.

Wish list:

performance:

Lloyds torque tubes (I like how they fill the gap partly, and perform well from what I've read here)

Power Commander 5 with auto tune (I don't know enough about fuel charts to master doing this myself)

Lloyds timing wheel

Clutch upgrades (not sure where to start on this one, more power, gonna need more grip!)

RPW DEAL exhaust, black (I wasn't a big fan of 2:1 exhausts, many out there have weird bends at the junction, but this one is a very straight clean look. I was thinking Hacker Jokers, but I'm just liking this one more and more from looking at it.

Appearance:

Ness Black Finned Engine covers

I want a custom drive pulley so bad, but I know about fitment yet. So far this is my favorite:

Witchdoctors Gunner brake and clutch levers

Witchdoctors Air Cushioned Gatlin Style

Witchdoctors "Judge" oil cooler cover, flat black

Other:

Witchdoctors magnetic oil plug

The challenge will be:

1. learning how to install all/most of the performance parts myself
2. trying to decide which performance parts to go with first.

I've determined that the torque tubes and PCV with auto tune should go first. The stock air box is too restrictive, and the auto tuner should be done first in order to allow every next upgrade to occur smoothly. I'll have to do some extensive digging this weekend and come up with a link/video list for my education :)
