Hello this is Mike Saenz i am a new member and i would like to say hello.
I own a company called HMD520, we currently offer a wide variety of parts for Victory motorcycles. It is my passion and we try to make quatlity parts for a great price. We take pride in announcing we make all of our parts in the USA.

Not sure if i can resolve all the issues but i did try. In business its impossible to make everyone happy.. but we try. There is always two sides to every story. When people become upset they tend to blow things out of proportion. Its understandable.

I hear ya man, we're not ripping ya and I like to try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The Victory aftermarket is too small and we need the vendors (like yourself) to keep pounding out parts....

I understand business.. been in it since i was 14. I take pride in returning phone calls answering emails and basically being there for my customer. This is something that has been forgotten in business now days. Mark is acting like a two year old and i will not stoop to his level. There is nothing i can do or say to make him happy.
He is posting the emails that he wants not what is available. I returned every single email and phone call until he became negative and started attacking my business. I chose to not agrue with him. I have one of the first emails where i told him i would take the kit back and give him an in house credit.. i also have the dealer agreement where he signed and agreed to the " No returns policy". He elected not to post that as well.Im not here to start a school girl fight. In business you can t please everyone no matter how hard you try.We manufacture a 150 parts mostly in house. we sell out of parts daily.. our business is booming. So if i did not understand customer service or quality parts i would not be where i am today. Mark is bitter and feels he is doing his job by bashing me. Not my problem.. what will be his problem is when he finds something he wants from HMD and is not allowed to purchase it.
Coverd in the policys as well. Mark portrays this poor me .. trust me he is not that innocent in this. Thanks for reaching out.. when others dont. AS you can also see we have happy, loyal customers too.

Travis thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt... LOl i look forward to working with you. The way he goes about handling this is really showing exactly how childish and how much he looks like a school girl. You cant please them all. even thou you try.. thanks again.
