First, I love the VV. Before that, I rode a 2005 BMW K1200LT. Unfortunately, I hit spilled oil on a mountainous road, and that sent my bike to the scrapyard. Since getting the VV, for sure there are differences between the bikes, but for my type of riding (cruising, enjoying the road and life), the Vic comes out a head of the Beemer. http://www.victoryforums.com/images/smilies/fing32.gif(Remember, that's just MY opinion). My wife and I BOTH had to do some soul searching http://www.victoryforums.com/images/smilies/frown.gifafter losing the Beemer. But, I love riding, and the VV with pretty much the same creature comforts I had on the Beemer seemed liked a bike to try out. Well, I'm glad I did! I've now had it for about 6 months, and am reading (forums) for exhaust upgrades, general mantainence, and etc.

Thanks for all the information I've found already in the forums.

Regards,
Greg

Gotta hate those oil patches. Only thing that has put me down. Thought is was a swatch of water from cement truck. Found the violating pick-up truck a day later by following the oil trail to his parking spot.

Congrats on the Victory Vision. I'm hoping to maybe snatch one up soon. Eyeing the 2008's for a midnight cherry one.
