got a new to me 06 Vegas that had been sitting for the last 2 years, already changed spark plugs and drained old fuel to add new, still no go, the bike is at a friends house 1.5 hours away so it's a bit hard to get there to diagnose it properly.

I found this on e-flay
WALBRO EFI Fuel Pump Victory Vegas 2003-2015 Polaris 8-Ball Jackpot 2520700
WALBRO EFI Fuel Pump Victory Vegas 2003-2015 Polaris 8-Ball Jackpot 2520700
is that basically what I need, I am willing to try and do the labor myself but I am low on funds and can't afford to make mistakes buying the wrong thing. I should have the bike with me this weekend.
thanks for your help.

How old is battery does it crank over fast or real slow. If your friend has battery charger put it on battery. Low voltage charge.
Go to auto store and rent a fuel pump tester. Most places its free.

got almost no pressure BUT I am having a hard time making sure the connection is tight due to how tight the area is, I am not sure the fitting is sealing properly there. going to lift tank up a bit to see if I can tighten it up

This bike cranking over fine? These pumps you should be able to hear prime.

Battery fully charged? these bikes need a hearty/healthy charged battery.

1.yes
2. I do hear it

3 yes

having a hard time getting the fuel pressure fitting to sit tight, it reads less than 10lbs right now but since I can't tell if it's sealed properly I don't know if I am getting a good reading. ordered pump & pressure regulator, going to lift tank up so I can properly set the fitting and get a proper reading

What do you mean by "no go?" Describe to us exactly what is and isn't happening. Have you cleaned and tightened the battery terminals? Fully charged the battery? Do you hear the pump when you turn the key? Do you wait for it to stop priming? Is there spark? Removed the old gas and put in new? We could use more info before we can zero in in the problem.

sounds like you need a Quantum pump
Ignitions on and killswitch on and functioning.
no noise of pump priming and no fuel pressure.
Ids pronounce the fuel pump dead.
youve tried fuel pump relay and fuse I presume

basics but you've put new spark plugs in?

Yes. New spark plugs properly gapped . Ordered quantum pump. And new seals for under tank gas cap.

Could those cracked plugs be part of the issue?
Doubt it, bike would still run with a minor vacuum leak, just a but rougher, replace them of course.
Pipes in your hand are fuel overflow and breather pipes that plug in under the tank, overfilling your tank will have fuel dribbling out under your bike via one if them, the other vents the tank.
