had to remove rear caliper on my 13 hammer from rear mount bracket, can't find the torque spec for the lower bolt that goes thru the caliper into a rubber "sleeve". upper just "slips" on the rubber covered pin. lookin on line as well as my service manual with no luck. thanks in advance

If the bolt doesn't have a specific torque spec listed in the manual there should be a page in there that has general torque specs by bolt size. Usually either near the front of the manual in the "general info" section or at the beginning or very end of the chassis section.

thanks

i was thinking of that but since it screws into the caliper, cast aluminum. the front pin for the pads is only 12.5 lb, this pin is bigger with only a few threads like the front. being safe with no real load i thought 15 lb with medium threadlocker would be ok, thanks for the input.
