I bought a 2008 Vision about two months, and 5000 miles ago. It seems the guy I bought it from had damage to the rear pipe, and only replaced the heat shields. He had wrapped the pipe with exhaust tape, which muffled the noise, but of course did nothing to repair the pipe. I have a new set of pipes coming. What is the procedure for pulling the old pipes off and putting new ones on?

Take mufflers off unbolt cross over pipe. Pull all heat shields ( hardware store will sell stainless hose clamps) you might have to cut heat shield straps. Now unhook front floor board and master cylinder. Let it hang down. Take header nuts off. Now you want to move rear pipe downwear and forworweard at the same time first then front header pipe. Put in NEW exhaust gaskets. You might need a pick to pray out old gaskets
