Hey Guys...
How do I get the seat off a Vegas?
I search the forum for the answer, but no dice.
Thx
You probably didn't find on the forum because its pretty remedial stuff.:ltr:

here we go:wac

First, remove the side cover (1 each side). Second, locate the allen head bolt directly under the seat (1 each side). Third, remove bolts by inserting allen wrench into head of bolt and turning wrench to the left. Finally, lift seat off of bike. thumb up

Next lesson: How to start you bike. :ltr:

all kidding aside, the only stupid question is the one not asked.

he is obviously serious or he wouldn't have asked. We must remember that some are not as wrench-friendly as others....all you do is remove the two fender struts. Underneath that you will see that it is held on by four more allen bolts. Remove the bolts and there you go. Remember, some people don't even change their own oil.:D

How do I change the throttle fluid?
You only do that if your bike is running roughly...that and change the air in the tires to smooth it out......:crzy:

Don't forget to check your headlight oil and make sure the muffler bearings are well greased before you ride. :ltr:
