At risk of VJ's wrath for not adequately searching the forum before posting, I pose the following:

Walmart recently started carrying run/turn/brake LED strips. I haven't cracked the package, I don't know what they include, but they're designed to be installed on a car or truck. I'd like to try to use them on my XR, attach them to saddlebags in some aesthetically pleasing manner for a little flair and night visibility.

Question is, can I wire them in directly to existing circuitry, since my brake/tail and signals are already LED?

I'm not opposed to more legwork on this, just wondering if anyone's got experience here.

I run LED strips on the front and an 2 LED blocks on the rear. They are so little draw you will be fine running them in line with your current setup, that is as long as you are running load resistors already (I assume?)...

I've got a 2010 XC, and running the Custom Dynamics non-sequential plate frame and Hyper-Lites. No problems.
