Yes they are removable. And Arlen ness makes a threaded adapter so you can basically mount any HD shift/ brake peg to your victory pedal. And HMD520 sells them also..which are the Arlen ness ones. Once you get the old peg off I would highly recommend running a tap through the threads to cleanup any left over thread locker compound. If you heat up the pedal first it should unlock the thread locker to ease in removal.
On your CC / XC / visions there metric and a good bite with a vice grips you can un screw them.
If you find a peg for h-d that hat a bolt that goes all the way threw the peg you can replace the sae with a metric. Or like they said Ness and JP and HMD sells the adapter.
