Been reading about oils used in the 1999 v92C, manual says 20-40 Semi synth, reading the forums says Rotella T6, but that's Diesel oil? I would assume full synth is better, but i'm new to motorcycle life. What IS best (or what do YOU personally think is best)?

Rotella T6 is a JASO-MA2 rated oil. That means it is OK for MC engines with a wet clutch and catalytic converter.
I used in cars and bikes and it's now in my Spyder.

That's what I switched too after vic oil

JASO MA2 is all that matters, doesn't matter if it says Diesel

@RICZ once or maybe twice said "You can spend more but you don't always get more"

Don't buy into the hype it'll cost you $$ for a name and advertising.

I use a blend of Rotella T4 and T6 in the Vic have done so for many years and have the oil lab tests to back up that it's robust and doesn't cost a lot.
