You will absolutely hate one of my favorites, the road to the Hells Canyon Dam out of Baker City Oregon.
It's not hate thing. I enjoyed the 555 in Ohio last fall. Not as much as I should have because I started with an upset stomach and bike wasn't running right.
I'm just okay with the not curvy roads I typically ride on. Most my riding is city commuting. :(

Do yourself a favor and stay off the highways and 4-lane roads(unless you don't like the twisties)....W.Va is a paradise of back roads to ride, you'll miss so much if you pass them up and jet straight to the Back of the Dragon.
Did our best, 2 hours of 81 on the 1st day because it got late and we were flat cooked in the 90* heat. 2nd day was about 45 min of interstate total to connect the curvy roads together and skip over to the hotel.

3rd day was highway afternoon to get out of the heat again.
