what size are stock primaries vs all the aftermarket ones, like the ness pipes for example? i'm thinking about building a custom setup using factory headers and want to make sure they're not too small. all i really know is to avoid 08+ with cats.

also could someone post a photo of a set of stock pipes installed without heat shields so i can see their actual position and spacing?

If your going to build pipes look for information on step exhaust. It will give you more power.
Guys that don't have heat shields on are running wrapped exhaust.

Go to search forum and look for a post says show off your hammer and you'll see a lot of pipes

1 7/8" is pipe size

the plan is to mate a V&H pro pipe to it and wrap the headers up to the Y.

I wouldn't be surprised if V&H didn't make Vic's 2 into 1
but the baffle would not be a normal V&H baffle

Are victory's stage 1 drag pipe primaries 1 3/4 or 1 7/8?

304 stainless

i keep looking + hoping someone offers a superior 304 stainless 2-1 system for my 13 hammer. it holds 3 times the heat in the pipe without the wrapping that eventually kills the pipes. never ever rusts even if not cleaned + sets out without protection. need some e-mails to two brothers.com, great stainless 2-1 for you guessed it hardlys but not vic's!!!
