I've had my XCT up to 110 mph and still had throttle left and the rpms were not too close to the redline. Perhaps it could reach 130 mph... or perhaps not. I will never know first hand

The XC will do 120 mph, I have had mine to that speed a number of times. The 92 ci freedom motors would do 110 mph.

I assume that is with stock limiter.
Rev limit is low stock for 6th gear.

Yes, I have a friend that raised his limiter and he could do 132 mph, stage one and cams. It was on a XR.
