After collecting a lot of stuff it was time to install some;

1. Barnett Clutch Cable.
2. Fuse Box, to clean up the wiring.
3. Heat reflector Shield under tank.
4. WoLo Air-Horn DOUBLE RELAY for double WoLo horn
5. ORANGE & BLACK heat protection for electrical cables

And still more to come ...

Also this is the first time I used the fuel-hose clamp and must say it is very easy to use and saves skinning your finger's, I think 1 year ago VJ posted a picture of this tool, and straight I went online to buy it ...

Tool is currently unavailable. Which is great for my bank as my fingers managed to operate that clip perfectly. Although when reinstalling Romberg to use the clamp again as it doesn't just easily push on.

So do you have a link or name they call the heat shield stuff? How did you get it to "mold in".
I have some odd pieces of some silver heat shield type stuff we use to use on the race cars in some areas.

Hi djh3

This is the link for the stuff I bought

EPMAN SELF ADHESIVE REFLECT-A-GOLD HEAT WRAP BARRIER High Quality 39in.x 47in.Piece EP-WR19GOLD
http://s.aliexpress.com/7R7zUJNj

I cut strips of 350 mm x 50 mm and just moulded them along .. . and if any air then slice it with a knife carefully ... It goes pretty easy ....

GOOD CLEANING beforehand of course ...

The heat reflect goes by number ... So I made my choice on that ...

I wonder if this heat shield stuff would be of any benefit on the bottom of the seat? You know it gets hot here...

I wish I could get an air conditioned M/C seat like I have in my truck. I never thought I would say this but the a/c'ed seat is awesome!

The petrol stays cooler so more safe, less smell of fuel evaporation ...

BP6666VR... CHIT, my filter didn't look anywhere near that dirty at 102,000. I live in the low desert and riding in triple digit heat is an everyday event in the summer. I'm trying to understand the heat concerns on the fuel?

On one occasion I installed my tank and didn't get the hose connected properly. I rode 75 miles before I realized I was going thru fuel fast and it was pouring over my engine. At speed there were no fumes to ignite so no fire developed. Luck I guess. Lifted my tank far enough to get my hand under. Snapped the hose in place and went on my way. (to the nearest gas station for fuel)

I did not change my fuel filter yet,
Yes I live also in a extemly hot place, humidity is sky-high

The way I see it, warm fuel is not good ... That's why intercoolers are GOOD ...

Where I live, a small island & City & traffic jams are common .... So I put the foil, for the same reason as a intercooler ..

Finished installing the Battery;

1. Cleaned / filed the terminals for good connections
2. No extra wires, only the minimum.
3. Marked the "+"

looking good I recon ?

Outstanding job on the terminals = (still have to buy a "cat-eye" washers) ....
