I've swapped out throttle bodies with the air box in before. When I get home I'll take a look to see if I remember how I did it. Wanna say when you unbolt the box you should be able to move the TB and get to the TPS easier.

I never thought of that! Would be easier. BTW Speeddemon, I'm moving out your way....Chattanooga next year...sick of living in the artic! How long is your riding season out there? And hows the hunting? LOL

Riding varies but you can roll from March to November with gear. My brother rode year round for a awhile. Hunting wise, to my understanding it is pretty good. You've got deer, turkey, and boar. I don't have the time to get out for hunting. You will, I know for sure, enjoy the riding. Give me a shout when you get here. I'm 2 hours of very nice road from Chattanooga.

I'd be willing to bet its a big sucker intake. I modified mine . I can take it out to. Not the prettiest thing but works real well.

Yeah. I would get that before anything. It improves performance by itself. Makes for easy upgrades later also.

Big sucker intake. Does that have tubes in it?

Hmmm recheck connections. Try put the old one back on see what happens. Could be bad sensor. Make sure everything seated properly. Check for air leaks.
