I'm wanting to replace the stock halogens with LED turn signals in the rear, probably front later. Is this difficult?

Also, How difficult is it to wire LEDs as run/brake and signals?

So do I need the resistor pack for just the rear l.e.d light bar and I would be keeping the stock front signals.

Yes, the bikes with the self-canceling signals ('05 and newer) need the correct resistance for the system to operate as it should. What I called a resistor pack they call a load equalizer, but that is whet it is resistors. It is a very simple install.

I emailed custom dynamics talked with Dave, he said if you are only doing rears you do not need load equalizer. If you do both front and rear lights then you do need it. May want to email him to verify. I am new to forum, you all have great info. here! '06 Jackpot owner.

That is what I thought, but tomorrow I will be at the International Bike Show, so I will be hitting up the Victory table.

Please let us know what you find out. I plan on doing this to my bike next month. May as well do it right the first time you know what I mean. I am hitting a bike swap meet today in syracuse, hopefully will find some lights and different ideas for the jackpot.

I did just the rear,s with the mbw wrap around led,s . the flash rate was faster but the self canceler still worked. I am in process of doing fronts now and just purchesed the load equalizer.
