I have a 2014 cross country tour I already bought a PCV and a Lloyd's air filter and I'm getting the muscle Mufflers from witchdoctors I found a place that says that they'll Dyno tune my bike but in the meantime that it's going to take me to get it there is it going to hurt anything if I put the air filter pipes and Power Commander on there without mapping it or should I wait and have the people at the dyno put Power Commander on for me

If the bike is running fine, you will be unlikely to damage anything on the bike. Watch for black smoke out the pipes (running too rich) or an overly hot engine (running too lean).

Vic shop look it up in search.
He has canned tunes for PCV that will get you by until you get a dyno run done. I think Noe does too.

The bike is set up from the factory to run too lean and, hence, too hot.
